The Benedicts’ Classic Collection
Benedicts has been open for more than eight years, with thousands of recipes and dishes being produced within our kitchen during that time. We have picked a collection of some of our most iconic dishes for you to recreate at home such as Nanny Bush’s Trifle, Mash and Gravy and more. Bring Benedicts home to your own kitchen! Cook along with the team in the bespoke teaching kitchen!
Students arrive at 10 am and after a short introduction, head into the kitchen. After the hands-on class, you’ll be taken for lunch cooked for you by The Assembly House and the day ends after you’ve eaten when you can collect the food you’ve made, head off home and take credit for your fabulous work!
