Summer Fruit Patisserie with Mark Mitson

Join Master Pâtissier Mark to show us how to get the most out of the bountiful array of summer berries. You’ll be baking a summer pavlova, raspberry and rose sweet pastry tart, summer fruit drizzle cake and some delicious fig, honey and Baron Bigod scones.

£165.00pp Price to include class tuition, ingredients, recipes, afternoon tea, drinks.

Students arrive at 9.30am and after a short introduction, head into the kitchen. After the hands-on class, afternoon tea follows and the day ends at 3pm when students can collect the goodies they’ve made and head off home to take the plaudits.
