Fresh Fish Cookery with Benedicts
Ashley Williamson (Head Chef at Benedicts) has a passion for seafood. Growing up on the north Norfolk coast his love of fish and shellfish runs through his veins. He will showcase some of the region’s best seafood in delicious, easy and accessible recipes. Cook along with the team in the bespoke teaching kitchen!
Students arrive at 10 am and after a short introduction, head into the kitchen. After the hands-on class, you’ll be taken for lunch cooked for you by The Assembly House and the day ends after you’ve eaten when you can collect the food you’ve made, head off home and take credit for your fabulous work!
