On Tuesday Richard and The Assembly House Head Chef Matt Lovatt, assisted by Llewellyn and Liam, visited City College for the Chef Takeover Dinner. The menu served on the evening was

Duck confit, fried quail's egg, red cabbage ketchup
Wing of skate, cockles, bacon and leeks
Roast chicken and ham hock pie, wild mushrooms, tarragon and smoked mash
Earl Grey tea granita
Malted milk rice pudding
Tea soaked prunes, apple compote and madeleines
