Star baker Chris Payne is joining the team – the winner of the 2019 Norfolk Home Chef of the Year competition is an incredible baker and the King of Norfolk Sourdough. In this class master the art of viennoiserie, the buttery French pastries that are the envy of the world! Croissant, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisin, breakfast Danish, there’ll be bags to take home!
