Viennoiseries; Croissants & Danish Pastries
Mark was always the first Chef in the kitchen during his days at The Connaught Hotel. His job? To make the croissants, pain au Chocolat and other viennoiseries for the breakfast guests. You won’t have to get up quite so early in the morning, but the result will still be worthy of a five star review!
