Steak: Cuts and Cooking!
We’ll take a tour of our butcher DJ Barnard’s very best steak cuts. We’ll then teach you how to cook the perfect steak for you, accompanied by triple-cooked chips, and make some of the most popular sauces, such as Béarnaise, peppercorn and chimichurri.
