Star baker Chris Payne is joining the team – the winner of the 2019 Norfolk Home Chef of the Year competition is an incredible baker and the King of Norfolk Sourdough. He’ll be showing you how to make, roll and fold your own croissant dough…. and there may be doughnuts for a mid morning snack. What more could you ask for?!
