Sourdough and Croissants with Chris Payne

We’ve got a “new starter” at The Richard Hughes Cookery School: quite literally! Star baker Chris Payne is joining the team – the winner of the 2019 Norfolk Home Chef of the Year competition is an incredible baker and the King of Norfolk Sourdough. We know that lots of you have been practicing during lockdown, so perfect your technique with an expert: follow Chris on Instagram @Itboywhobakes to see what Chris can create!

Chris will teach you how to make, love and cherish your sourdough starter, make your own loaf and take dough home to make more. He’ll be showing you how to make, roll and fold your own croissant dough…. and there may be doughnuts for a mid morning snack. What more can you ask for?!

Arrive 9.30am for a 10am start, afternoon tea served at 1.30pm.
