Oli Williamson Guest Chef Pop Up Dinner
Norfolk born Oli, 29, is enjoying a whirlwind career: his CV includes the two Michelin- starred The Greenhouse in London, sous chef at Cambridge's two Michelin-starred Midsummer House and a year long stint at Benu in San Francisco. His first head chef position was at The Clove Club, rated number 27 in the Best Restaurants in the World list. Locally, he has cooked at the Michelin-starred Neptune in Hunstanton and at Roger Hickman's in Norwich. Oli has made it through to the semi-finals of the Roux Scholarship in 2020, only for the competition to be postponed until 2021. A former Fakenham High School student, Oli's menu will be showcasing his love of his home county.
