Cuisinez les classiques Français avec Richard! Lockdown gave me the perfect excuse to get to grips with my huge collection of classic French cookery books and I’m now eager to share what I’ve learnt (or re-learnt!) with students. We’ve got big plans for lots of new classes next year, but in the meantime, here’s a taster with a distinctly Gallic flavour!
