Former Notre Dame High School student Lucy has already garnered an impressive CV at some of London's finest restaurants. Currently chef de partie at London's Launceston Place, she graduated from the Specialised Chef Scholarship, Royal Academy of Culinary Arts with a distinction before going on to work at The Langham Hotel and The Roux at the Landau. She also worked at John Lewis in Norwich and did a week's work experience at The Lavender House.
