Healthier Baking - Balanced Baking for Life
Many of us are aware that a lot of what we bake should really only be enjoyed occasionally, but we can make recipes healthier and more nutritious without compromising on flavour.
This course will inspire you to take a more balanced approach to baking delicious treats at home without reaching for the artificial sweetener. Baked doughnuts filled with homemade lime curd, mini tea loaves and cinnamon pastry filled with apple custard and topped with beautiful apple roses. There’s no need to miss out!
