Gluten-Free Sweet Doughs
In this session you will learn to make the sweet and enriched doughs gluten free. These are the base doughs that are used for doughnuts, chelsea buns and devonshire splits to name but a few, as well as making a traditional rum-baba often offered as a dessert in many restaurants. At the end of the session you will have a selection of products to take away with you as well as some great memories of a fun day.
