We’ve got a “new starter” at the Richard Hughes Cookery School: quite literally! Star baker Chris Payne is joining the team – the winner of the 2019 Norfolk Home Chef of the Year competition is an incredible baker, and his classes have received rave reviews!
Just in time for big day. You’ll make Stollen Royal, we’ll elevate your traditional mince pie, a Christmas spice and fruit loaf and much more. This class comes with added guarantee that your holiday guests will be very impressed! Our Narnia afternoon tea is served to students following the class.
Students arrive at 9.30am and after a short introduction, head into the kitchen. After the hands-on class afternoon tea follows and the day ends at 3pm when students can collect the goodies they’ve made and head off home to take the plaudits.
