Learn all the basics about the equipment, ingredients and skills needed to make your own nutritious bread including sourdough.

We will cover plaiting, slashing and shaping dough, make shaped rolls, pittas, bagels and a bloomer loaf. Kate will also demonstrate how to make sourdough and participants will take home their own sourdough starter.
