Doughnut Day; Hands On Practical Class
We’ve got a “new starter” at The Richard Hughes Cookery School: quite literally! Star baker Chris Payne is joining the team – the winner of the 2019 Norfolk Home Chef of the Year competition is an incredible baker and the King of Norfolk Sourdough. We know that lots of you have been practicing your baking during lockdown, so perfect your technique with an expert: follow Chris on Instagram @Itboywhobakes to see what Chris can create!
Who doesn’t love a doughnut! Fried and baked with custard, caramel, and of course, jam! We’ll also be making iced buns and monkey bread so you’ll go home with boxes of goodies: you’ll never feel so welcome on your return home!
Include afternoon tea served at the end of your class.
