This session will concentrate on Christmas goodies, gluten-free of course, with mince pies, almond and orange cake and the traditional Yule log, as well as ideas for alternative Christmas preparations to meet dietary needs. By the end of the day you will have a number of products, some recipes and of course great memories to take away with you.
