We’ll show you how to chop, slice, bone and carve your way to a professional finish. Learn which knife is right for the job at hand and how to add a slice of precision into your cooking. We’ll slice and dice our way to a classic Minestrone, pickled mackerel, chicken tagine with sweet potato and an apple and honey syrup cake.
